Understanding our shipping fees:
We post everything via registered post our a 3rd party courier depending on the order. While we would love to offer free shipping, it is just not possible given the high costs of postage and packaging required to send your product. Transparency is important to us, so to break it down it costs us on average €8 to send a small registered parcel with your order, regardless of size. Packaging such as the postal box, packing peanuts (bio-degradable of course) etc adds another cost to the mix. We, nor any small business, can’t absorb this, if we did we would be raising our retail price considerably, so instead we are splitting the difference. At the moment we are charging customers a flat fee of €3.95 per order up to €50 and free on orders over €50, however these charges, will most likely need to increase later in 2022, given the further predicted increases to petrol and postage costs. We will always continue to review our options and try to offer you the best value, we don’t make any profit on shipping charges. We also offer free pick up from our studio in Wexford Town, where you’re more them welcome to make an appointment to pop in and see (or smell) our full range.
We accept returns on any unopened, unused products within 14 days of your order.

Lorluna is not responsible for the cost of shipping associated with any returns and we recommend sending the return via registered post so that a tracking number will be provided.
You can also return you product in person to us at our Wexford Town studio. Please note we are only open to the public for click and collect during certain times, so please arrange your return in advance.
